Jake was very efficient and professional.
Rhonda is attentive and accommodating when it comes to customer service. She makes sure the customer is aware of what is available, all the delivery and protection plans. While she is still a sales person, she doesn’t push to the point of annoying or feeling pushy. We have had great success with everything she’s sold us.
Great experience all around - from the sales rep, to the delivery crew. This is the only furniture company that I have found does not charge delivery for drop off. I would highly recommend.
