My mother and I went looking for a new couch and had a wonderful experience with Rhonda Kennedy. She was very consistent in checking with us and what we liked. She was very attentive, kind , patient, and respectful. Definitely ask for her when coming in !
Worked with Bruce Hess to purchase a mattress, he knew his stuff which helped us select our mattress. He put together different scenarios to help with making the purchase affordable for us.
Purchased almost 4k leather recliners to replace one bought at Winchester store YEARS ago. The new one is pitiful and the warranty through 5Starservice is the worst so don't spend the extra $$.
