Had a great experience with Grand! We had purchased our previous couch there and had it for a long time and two moves later time to upgrade. Our salesman Butch did a great job. Not pushy but friendly and there to answer any questions if we had any. We ended up purchasing two couches and he even let me rearrange to see how they look together.
Jessica was very knowledgeable and nice. She made you feel like she had time to visit and not be pushy.
