The unprofessional conduct and lack of customer service from their sales associates to the store manager, (Steve Tincher) is appalling. It started on Black Friday before closing when sales associates were standing by the door complaining about numbers. The young guy that was assigned to us was rude, pushy, and then lied to obtain the sale. Do NOT buy your furniture from Grand Home Furnishings! They are the worst for giving you a delivery date and then the day before you get a call saying they can't deliver for another 3 days because their warehouse didn't feel like running a second truck with orders when the first truck was loaded.
