I returned a La-Z-Boy recliner with a life time guarantee that you had worked on before. It was patched and not completely fixed. Now the 'sad' part. This La-Z-Boy was returned to the store just over a year ago. I tried to call every two months. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was not in so I left my name and phone number but never got the call returned. This is a medium blue Big-Man's rocker recliner. Pushy and Expensive I felt like I was on a leash from the moment I walked in the door. The salesman would not let us shop, and kept pressing us towards these way overpriced beds that we in no way could afford. STAY AWAY!!!! I've shopped many mattress stores and this is by far the worst one. The only thing they have is name brand, but I found the same beds elsewhere for 500.00 cheaper. SHOP AROUND!!
