While staying at the resort my husband and I had dinner with three other couples in December. Overall the food experience was excellent and one of my good friends said the crème burlee was the best they have ever experienced. What followed dinner is nothing less than appalling. Our total bill with 20% gratuity was $594. Three of the couples paid $150 cash each and we paid $150 on our cc, totaling $600. Terrible service! When we arrived to check in, we were misdirected to the vacation club check in desk & wound up wandering around the hotel for 20 minutes before we were kindly assisted by one of the kitchen staff. Only to find out that there hadn't been anyone at the vacation club desk to assist us.
