I am writing to bring forward a concern regarding our order this evening. We attempted to place our dinner order by phone. During the first call, I waited on hold for approximately five minutes before the call disconnected. When I called back, the woman who answered was polite, but the language barrier made the ordering process quite difficult. I recently placed a large catering order for pickup on Saturday, July 4, that consisted of six family packs. I am writing because I was very disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived to pick up my order, a staff member wheeled over a cart containing multiple trays of pasta, a large box of bread, and several other items. They said, “The cart can’t go outside,” and simply walked away. I was left to hold the door open and make multiple trips carrying the food to my vehicle by myself.
