My garage door mysteriously stopped working on Thursday at night when I was closing it. I contacted these folks about it, on Friday in the morning mike phoned me asking if it was okay with me that he comes over to check on it. 30 minutes after the call he was at my place. He asked me some questions and he discovered that a sensor was loose. He tightened it and the door was working again. It was a small issue but it would have taken me years to diagnose it myself. The tech arrived right on time after calling in advance and informed me when he would arrive. He restored the door back to working condition for a quarter of the price I had budgeted for. I was able to make an appointment with Grand Garage Door for a same day service after my garage door spring broke. Jim arrived right on time and was most efficient, polite and courteous. He quickly replaced the spring and got the door up and running and was very fair and precise in his pricing. Am very happy to have him work with me. Highly recommended.
