I am so incredibly impressed and grateful to the team at the Grand Gala. It was the best decision we made choosing this venue to host mom’s 75th 🥳 birthday party. We didn’t want the night to end. Thank you Claudia, Daisy, Daniel and team for an EPIC experience. We are forever grateful.
On March 28, I attended a quinceañera, where I unfortunately witnessed an altercation between a third-party company and the security guard. It was disheartening to see the security guard distracted at a crucial moment when one of the guests began harassing the entertainer. Such incidents shouldn’t occur at these events, and the lack of professionalism and training contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere. The coordinator Daniel didn’t assist with helping or resolving the matter.
If you are still deciding on your wedding or quinceañera venue, I highly recommend visiting Grand Gala Events. The level of service and attention to detail here truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can see the care they put into maintaining the venue. The floors, restrooms, mirrors, and overall atmosphere are spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything feels elegant! What impresses me most is their commitment to customer service excellence and the pride they take in making every event memorable!
