My experience while shopping with Grands was most enjoyable. My sales person was Penny and she was very professional and thorough! Her expertise in sales, helped to lower my monthly payment which made the purchase most affordable. And I've always been pleased with my furniture items. Not all experiences are bad. Mine have been very pleasant.
The devil himself wouldn't want furniture from these con artists....they care nothing about their customers.
My couch didn't even hold up six months. Its already an uncomfortable piece of crap. I paid for the extended warranty which they will not honor.
This is the worse furniture establishment in history. If there was a furniture store wall of shame number one would bear its name. This company doesn't deserve one star. Worse furniture place in hampton roads. I will never step foot in their ever again. As soon as I walk to the door a lady who works their came up to me and ask me what do I need. I told her I'm just looking around and she kept coming up with rude remarks like why are you here and me and my gf was just shock on how rude we was being treated. They are quick to sell and deliver. Once you leave the store, customer service is horrible. I am deployed overseas trying to contact this company and they don't answer emails or hang up when you call. I will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
This store has the worst Customer Service skills I have ever seen!!! they are extremely unprofessional! after sitting on hold and getting Hung up on 3 times we finally got through to someone named Kelly in their finance department, we asked to speak with a manager and she wouldn't let us saying "i am the supervisor!" we told her what was going on, about the associate we set up my husbands allotment with put the wrong date and blah blah blah and she told us she will not fix it and was extremely rude!!! then when my husband wa... read more
This is a horrible establishment. Their business practices are border line thug-ish. I have experienced hold times ranging from 20-45mins.. Today after continuosly cycling thru their answering service for 30mins. the rep. hung up as soon as she answered the phone. Their customer service representatives have poor customer service & communication skills. True, anybody will get approved for credit....but, the furniture is cheap yet costly. They do not stand behind the quality of there product!! You have to come out of pocket for them to send service for repairing (if warranty has expired) and if it has not some guy from NY comes through a 1-800 number that must get approved from the company.
