They are quick to sell and deliver. Once you leave the store, customer service is horrible. I am deployed overseas trying to contact this company and they don't answer emails or hang up when you call. I will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
Grand Furniture has low grade furniture, Not quality, Stimlated Wood, and over price, prices. The customer service is Ghetto-style, and the prey on the bad or low credit people. They are fast to send you to court. From my personal experience. Save your money and go to Haverty's or Haynes.
