Grand Flats was great for my first apartment alone after school and as I began my career. The staff was always so responsive and answered all my questions. The amenities were great and everything was always clean. The maintenance team would respond quickly to my issues. The parking lot being gated was also a great plus! I would recommend Grand Flats to anyone looking for a place close to downtown STL. Great location to explore the city!
4 stars are for the apartment environment, past property managers, and the maintenance guy. Only issue of this apartment is that it constantly changes property managers. This recent one Kourtney deals with all kinds of issues poorly, including bad attitude when talking to me, forcing everyone to change internet, do random but multiple times fire alarm in the morning. Really I think elders can get heart attack from those stupid alarms! Kourtney isn’t the right one.
Lived here almost two years. Great neighbors, management, and maintenance team. Lots of doggies live here, not a lot of noise. Walkable.
