Great building and the management team rocks! They were super supportive during the application process and made everything easier
I don’t really understand some of the previous reviews that have been left. I have lived in Grand Flats for almost 3 years and it’s been a fantastic experience. Kourtney, the property manager, is a fantastic building manager and always an incredibly bright light. She is the sweetest! The maintenance is also very dedicated. If there’s issues (which there really aren’t a lot) they make sure the issue is fixed within 24-48 hours. I moved to Grand Flats last Spring after a life transition took me back to St. Louis. After living in a house for many years I was a little nervous about moving to an apartment. As soon as I walked in to Grand Flats for my tour I felt right at home. Not only are the amenities great (pool, coffee bar, work rooms, gym, great location, etc) the property manager, Kourtney, is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Resident for several years now and love it. So many amenities - great pool, gated parking lot, activities room, exercise room, secure package delivery, well maintained common areas. The building manager and maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful when I need them. Great group of residents and friendly pets with many pet amenities too.
