Coach Gib is the best! I’m no athlete, but with his expert guidance and positive motivation I reached all my goals in six weeks. Can’t recommend this place enough, no matter where you’re starting or where you wanna get to. He’s also just a super nice dude who made a solid spot for the community to father. Highly recommend
The owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable. When I first came by, I was actually planning to skate at the park next door. I noticed a training session going on — doors open, music playing, people putting in real work. Everyone looked way stronger than me, and I almost walked away, thinking I was out of my league. I made my nephew join Grand Fitness because I passed by once and seen some kids working out. 5-10 year olds and they were doing some elite drills. These weren’t your average kids. (That caught my eye) my nephew lives near there and he always talks about the level of talent that comes in and out of there. I got him a membership and the first week he was nervous/timid.
