I made my nephew join Grand Fitness because I passed by once and seen some kids working out. 5-10 year olds and they were doing some elite drills. These weren’t your average kids. (That caught my eye) my nephew lives near there and he always talks about the level of talent that comes in and out of there. I got him a membership and the first week he was nervous/timid. Finishing up my 2nd week with Coach Gibbs, it’s been a great experience. Workouts are more functional weight lifting which has been a great.

I’ve been going to Grand Fitness (next to the skatepark) for a month and I REALLY want this business to stick around. It was intimating from the outside at first so I’m going to give you the full scoop if you’re curious. It’s mostly one guy, a former college football player, and when you come in he has a premade workout for you and is great at tailoring it to your skill level. It’s about 4-5 things you’ll do in a row (circuit) and then you just do as many times as you can. First time I did it once, now I’m up to 4. I love it... read more
