We purchased a Massey tractor, Kuhn mower and a Kuhn wrapper two years ago. The mower had three problems on delivery - there was no service manual provided in English, there was a damaged tire and the paint was coming off the mower. After 17 MONTHS, repeated emails and calls….a tire was delivered. We eventually purchased the service manual, that was supposed to be included, from another source. Went there a few times for parts, and once to talk to a sales person, customer service is always the best.
