They ship your glasses to get lenses put in. My glasses took 3 weeks to come in, and they came back with the wrong color on the lenses. I would not recommend to anyone. Update: The company reached back out and re-ordered the correct color lenses for my frame. I would definitely recommend now!
My experiences was different than other's but I had a great time at this clinic. The doctor was nice, the front desk staff was straightforward and quick. Went in and out in like 40 minutes with my prescription ready and will take my glasses here for the prescription lenses. Would come back!
Front desk person was very rudely talking. I reached there by 9:20 am - she mentioned that I have another appt I will take you by 10. 10 am she said I will take you 10:30- I sat there till 11 still no answer. I went to the desk and she said oh I have more appointments I told you. I can take you later, but there was not one in the clinic- except one person whom are checking glass farme. The service from the optometrist and staff was anything but grand (yet they’re call Grand Eye Care). I had to go to another optometrist to do another full eye exam for contact and glasses. There system is outdated just like the frames they sell.
Highly recommended! Went for two reasons, for an eye infection and to get contacts. Doctor was super knowledgeable, patient and clearly wanted the best outcome for me.
