We bought a house and the cranks on our windows needed to be fixed. We pulled out the warranty that we got when we bought the house and Grand Exteriors honored that lifetime warranty and sent us new window cranks without any hassles. A few years later I had Grand Exteriors replace by back patio door with a french door. This year I had Grand Exteriors replace my front door.
