Bought a new construction in Apachie Springs in 2016 and these guys were supposed to service the septic under warranty and never showed up I even used website for a callback and never got a reply. Found a different company to work with. Update: 4/9/26 : one of their reckless employees blew past me on highway 10 heading towards Wyandotte on a double yellow on a curve! I am extremely happy with Grand Excavating. We live in OKC. I was told the alarm was going off by my neighbor. This is a new system and the company that put in wouldn't even call me back. Dylan was extremely helpful and got someone out within an hour. Got it fixed and at a very reasonable price. I totally recommend Grand Excavating and Dylan.
Skylar and his team always do a great job and handle things very quickly! I appreciate them and will continue to use them when needed.
