I have used this location many times for various rentals. Unfortunately, driving by it today I see no equipment on the lot leading me to believe they may have closed for business.
Called this morning for service. Been calling for hours and no one is picking up. What kind of rental place is this? The happy farm?
Used a one day rental for a holiday weekend, returned on due date and was charged for an entire additional day! Upon picking up the rental my husband was told to return on Tuesday the day after the holiday Monday. He was never told a time just that day. Once we realized we were charged TWICE my husband stopped in and was told because it was not dropped off by 8am (fine print on the contract) that it counted as an additional day, not even a late fee! Paid for a rental to be picked up a few days later. When I went to pick it up I was told it wasn’t available and that I could get it on another day. Even though I reserved and paid in full for a specific date. Not good business.
