Experienced amazing customer service. Needed a key cut, this was the second place we tried to get the needed key. They also did not have what we needed in stock but made phone calls to 3 or 4 different places to find the needed key. The helpful employee of Home Hardware managed to locate the needed key at Swains Key shop and provided us directions on where it was located. This goes way beyond what most stores will do for a customer. Thanks!!Â
The old man Shows his forefinger to you to wait when you ask for a product ????????????????????????????????? I just walked out of the store .Will avoid this store .Â
Hands down the worst hardware store in Chatham. They do not stand behind the products they sell. They will sell you garbage then tell you to take it up with the company not them. Incompetent management. Terrible store. If I could give a zero I would.Â
