No stars! Worst service experience I’ve ever had. I had two claim's one was a factory claim and one was an extended warranty claim. Went to Chris in service in May explained what is wrong and needs to be claimed. Stopped in periodically through the summer to check on claims and always got “working on it”. Our warranty guy is on it and I will check for you. Long story short I called the RV manufacturer last week and they resolved it no problem, by them explaining it was denied in June because there service dept didn’t do ther... read more
From the purchase through care. Very satisfied
They were wonderful. When my family and I walked in the building we were immediately treated like family from the lady that greets you who fed our children chocolate/treats and coloring books, to our sales person Cody Gabriel, to the manager Thomas Finigan (Fin,) to the service advisor Jonathan Echols, to our financial guru Rebecca Starcz-Johnson.
