I had multiple terrible experiences with this site. Failure to return phone calls on multiple occasions. They lost my cashiers check. They failed to transfer the documents for the camper with the camper when it was transported to another camping world. When I followed up multiple times to have the documents sent they only sent the license plates and none of the other documents. Thank you for helping us purchase our very first RV! Not only was Mataya a pleasure to work with, but turns out she is an artist as well!
Warranty or repair is non existent on a brand new unit. Leaks and floods the bathroom on a new unit that has only been towed 100 miles back home. Calling does not work all you get is a run around , stopping in at a different location doesn't work as they will also blow you off don't buy here if you actually expect anything they say is true.
I would not take your camper here for any kind of service work at all what so ever, they lie to you from the get go, they don’t return calls when they say they will. They tell you they can get your camper in right away to get your business and then almost 2 weeks later haven’t even looked at it yet. Bunch of liars and crooks here. DONT BRING YOUR CAMPER HERE!!!!
5 star service with an insurance claim, hail damage, diagnosing an electrical issue, and helping us to get parts shipped to our local Camping World. I am so impressed! Great customer service! Service Advisor Chris is truly an asset to the service department in Green Bay!
