Lazy days RV of St George, Utah has the most amazing service I’ve ever experienced. I had warranty work done there and Joshua, and Steve took such great care of not only the 2024 17 MKE we purchased from them but us also. Kept us updated while the service was happening. We have a Grand Design dealer in Las Vegas where we live but I gladly drive to Utah just for the amazing guys running the shop.
we bought a 2021 22mle at Blue Dog rv in anderson ca. we had done research on rv's and Grand design came highly recommended. Since we bought it we have no less that 15 things either break or malfunction, Too many to list here. It was built during covid and I understand that supply and employee issues were rampant and I believe our trailer was not built to Grand Design standards. Customer service is almost none existent once they get your money. Pick another company if you can otherwise do your homework, I didn't and now I'm forced to deal with the problems at my own expense. I bought a 2024 Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel and the only thing good about it is the layout, other than that they will ghost you when you raise an issue to them.
I got a transcend mk200 like the camper but blue compass i spartanburg sc/duncan sc never has parts been there several times for something always 1 to 3 weeks to get it,what's the use of having a parts department if you never have parts??? I can order them myself.
Ok we bought a brand new unit in Aprilof 2025. The day it was delivered a stablizer jack bent the frame! Still not fixed. Then in May our bed slide out started to close on its own. You don't know scared till you're sleeping, and your bed slide out starts to move for no reason. Still not fixed. The. As of June 2 my refrigerator has stopped working, have had a tech come and run diagnostics. Then replace the control board and still not fixed. Nor have they paid my technician for his time.
