My husband and I were just at the Grand Design National Rally in Goshen, Indiana. We have a 2017 Imagine 2600RB and a week after the rally we had a RV trip planned to Acadia National Park in Maine. At the beginning of the rally, one of the seminars mentioned a broken leaf spring causing a big problem on the road. I have tried several times to reach your parts department and customer service. No one answers the phone. Just music. I have left my number as well per the instructions. No one calls back or answers the phone. I'm 2 hours total on hold. Very frustrating!!!
Well it’s a fancy camper but I had over 10 warranty claims to begin with! Then after 1 year the warranty is over and the awning quit. Fixed it myself because I’m not paying 150 an hour to fix something that should have never went bad already! After a continuity check found ground bad ! All I can say is what a wiring nightmare and mess in the ceiling. Was able to find the wire and fish a new one. Updated at the bottom! I’d seriously think twice before buying anything from Grand Design. My unit, a 2022 Momentum 397 which cost WELL over $100K, is going in for frame flex and upper deck separation repairs that feel more like a temporary patch than a permanent fix. Grand Design refuses to stand behind their repairs or offer extended warranty coverage, despite the fact that many others—have had these same issues reoccur multiple times.
