The practice is no longer taking on orthodontic patients. Feeling disappointed as we went through a treatment plan at the end of 2024 and I have finally saved up enough money to pay for the plan in full only to be told they’re no longer taking on orthodontic patients. Feeling disappointed as the clinic is otherwise very nice, clean, comfortable and feel in safe hands as someone with a lot of dental anxiety. Like everyone, I don’t like going to the dentist, but now I have no hesitation in seeing Dr Ashley. I had reason to see her, and her wonderful assistant Hannah, yesterday. They were both so kind, gentle and reassuring. Dr Ashley talked me through everything and gave me a stress ball in the form of a large strawberry to hang on to and squeeze the life out of if I needed. I wasn’t rushed, and I was heard. max is such a dude. they fixed my fear of dentists that i didnt kno i had. except for that drill thing, like i seriously never want to hear that in my life. id rather drink cherry flavoured coke. the front desk lady( i forgot her name bcos i dont think ive ever checked the name tag) is such a good human being, ill come straight from work n have a half hr convo abt random stuff while i wait. very relaxing. 10/10. minus 0.5 cos they ran out of my braces colour which made me sad💔 edit: her name is kathryn🙃
