My celebration was perfect, my guests are still talking about the beauty of the decor. They were comfortable, and the owner delivered as she promised. Actually, she exceeded my expectations. my experience at Grand Crystal Ballroom 2 was beyond amazing. Crystal the owner is a joy to be around. She is fair, professional, solution finder, a cheerleader for your event. My choir had a concert at one of her locations and it was amazing. The decor and vibes of the place was amazing. She gave us the color. we asked for. Had our mother's a 75th bday party here. Ms. Crystal is soooo friendly, creative and accommodating. She heard our vision and we were awed by her work. The decorations were so impressive, our guess thought we spent a million bucks. Just kidding, but it was beautiful! The ballroom 2 was large enough for 100 people, our caterer, dj, bar and dessert station with our being over crowded. Everyone had a fabulous time. Thank you Crystal for a night we will never forget.
My experience with the staff was limited, but they did seem very accommodating. Major renovations required to bring this venue into the current century. Parking is very limited and sketchy.
I've used both of crystals venues, one for a wedding another for celebration of life and both times crystal delivered. The celebration of life at this location was sheer perfection and she did a phenomenal job with the decor.
