Very nice place
Nice apartments, but management is incompetent. Do not recommend. Fire last year caused fire damage for most of 21 Jefferson. Took months of rehab and horrible smells in hallways to fix. Rent went up despite the fire. Communication is poor to non existent. They didn’t even tell the clinic on ground level that there was water damage, they came in the next week and found their exam rooms flooded.
