My husband and I moved here 8 years ago. I like to call it the Village. These modular homes are perfect for those retiring. They have many dances, dinners, a variety of clubs and events happening. This little private community is walking distance to the beach, Sobeys, the LCBO/Beer Store, No Frills (a bit of a hike) and many food/bar establishments.
It looks great but too pricey for me
