The management knows there’s a homeless man that comes and goes wherever he wants . today I woke up to my work clothes being stolen out the laundry room it’s more than 600 dollars worth of clothes this is not the first time it happened

He keeps in contact with me, and let's me know everything that is going on, he keeps his appointments and makes sure he fixes everything properly and not just throw things together. This place is trash needs remodeling to all apartments ,ventilation systems, lights, windows, roofing, laundry rooms, stairwells, and entrances door ways They cameras and full time security in the building as well as maintenance and better parking, I live there for years and they been saying they going to fix n replace things in my apartment that they came and did and paying rent was the worse they just accept your without making sure that your place is in good condition rasing rent too older residents so that will move and ... read more
