On 2/15/19 I was transported to Middle Park via Grand County EMS. The EMTs were awesome. Alan was especially supportive of me as he was in the bus with me providing medical care. He engaged me in talking about my family and tried to keep my mind off the pain I was experiencing. Alan made me feel as he really cared of my well being. Thank you for your support during my emergency.
After paying my bill months ago I received another one that was never sent to me. I have been trying to get a hold of Grand County EMS for a while to pay it without any reply. Their is no easy way to pay online that I can find and they want me to send payment through mail. I don't like the idea of sending my debit card information through mailing services and they charge a 2.5% fee if you do it over the phone. I think there needs to be more transparency & an easier way/system to pay your bill. I am trying to write this revie... read more
