Stayed at one of their properties in exchange for a sales pitch to buy what was essentially a time share and when I said no bc I have a baby on the way the sales rep and their manager became extremely cold and rude. What’s funny is I WAS actually considering cutting a deal in a week or so when I have a chance to think things over but their demeanor and high pressure tactics were beyond off putting. The properties are nice but the ppl who work there are rotten.
Pull out beds are very uncomfortable. Make sure to request “egg mattress topper”. Our fridge was damaged and the peace and quiet was ruined by delivery trucks at 730-9 am everyday. Would reek of diesel. Front desk only helped once from our 4 complaints.
Fantastic all the way around.
We stayed in the resort with family members. The rooms were roomy and we're easy to get to. The kids and adults had something to do throughout the day. Swimming pool, arcade, restaurant and bar were all part of a wonderful time. The sky gondola take you to the nearby town for more food and shopping. Great time.
