It's a great place to visit, especially when the snow is good. This was not a good snow year.
Amazing place for family vacation.
I arrived at Breckenridge peak 8 Hotel two hours before check-in (around 2:00 PM), knowing standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and was told there was absolutely no possibility of checking in early. This honestly surprised me — I travel often and have almost always been allowed early check-in when rooms are available, even much earlier in the day. What made the experience worse was the wait. This review is about the promotional tour and sales tactics used by BGV. The actual property is beautiful. I signed up for a promotional tour in exchange for a discounted rate. What was supposed to be a 90min tour ended up being over 3 hours. The sales guy Brent lied out of his teeth for 3 hours straight. It was one of the corniest and most deceiving pitches i've ever heard. He must've thought we were total amateurs and extremely naive.
