They ruined my daughters abercrombie coat-they don't care about the customer-rude!!! I took my daughters brown Abercrombie coat in to get a new Zipper on Oct 27 and I was told it would be done Nov 6. I went in on the 6th and was told the person doing alterations (they send out) still hadnt returned it. Do not go here!!!! I had my wedding dress "cleaned" and "preserved" and it looked awful. The dress was sliding all over the box (which in and of itself was hideous). I was so unhappy, I opened the box to inspect the condition of my dress, and THERE WERE BLUE SPOTS ALL OVER IT!!!! You can imagine how disheartening this experience is. It is my WEDDING DRESS. Whats worse is they refuse to offer me a refund, but promise to do it over and do a better job. Right, like I'm going to send it BACK to them!! I don't want this to happen... read more
