If your looking for a manufacturer who really does go that extra mile, has great customer service and loves being creative then check Grand caravans out. We cannot speak more highly of the Grand team. They are passionate about what they do, which is building quality vans Thanks Neth, Meth, Laura and the team for delivering us an exceptional van.
The whole team at Grand Caravans are amazing!!! We've had a very positive experience right from first meeting Neth and seeing a Grand at a caravan show. Our expectations were constantly been exceeded from that moment all the way through building our van, and now with the after sales care we've received. They anwered our many questions and were very patient with us and our indecision wh... read more
Absolutely Amazing bunch of brothers. My father bought a van off the boys and we were so impressed with the customer service that my husband and i ended up buying one aswell. So chuffed with the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone! Hats off to the van aswell, has everything we need and more to accommodate a family of 6!
We purchased a Grand Nomad 17ft caravan and couldn’t be happier with our experience. As first-time caravan buyers, the team made everything so easy and guided us through the whole process. At Grand Caravans, you’re not just a number—they genuinely know you by name, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. We made a few changes along the way, and nothing was ever a pr... read more
Neth, Meth and Laura are all amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have gone out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Our van was ready earlier than expected, no delays. We were sent regular update photos during the build and were kept up to date throughout the whole build process. Any questions were answered promptly and I was never made feel like I was being a nuisance. I would definitely recommend buying a caravan from them.
