If you use SpotHero to make a reservation here, be very careful. I made a prepaid reservation through SpotHero, but when I came back to pick up the car, the employee told me I still had to pay the full drive-in rate. They would not honor the price that the garage itself had listed on SpotHero, which resulted in me having to pay an additional $15. Very rude attendant. You can’t ask him a question. Seems he hates his life and wants to snap on people if they have any question. I will never park my car at this place anymore.
After pulling in and driving down the ramp to the stop, another car pulled in front of me to leave. They then screaming, using profanity/ insults, for me to get back in my car and reverse all the way out the tunnel into oncoming traffic. Instead of just backing the other car up 5 ft... When asking if they could watch my rear while reversing into the street they refused and used more insults. Pathetic. The "attendants" will be the reason I never come back here. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. DAMAGED OUR CAR. If we could give negative stars, we would. This place is same as the City Parking on Google maps, so posting this to both reviews to try to help someone else avoid this issue. These guys damaged our car and then could not get them to help us fix it. Had to end up filing a police report. Parked there 11/25/25 from about 12:00-3:30pm.
