My son loves it. Prez is great!
My grand daughter took a self defense class and enjoyed it while learning defensive moves. Recommend for self confidence, and discipline. This center also has personal trainers for adults with fitness goals. Prez is the best!

Only bad gym I've ever tried out. Vince, the owner and proclaimed coach, shows up for 10 minutes and takes a few selfies for the facebook. Then he tosses you to a bunch of meat-head amateur fighters to learn from. Instead of teaching me anything, all I got was high school style predatory bullying. I had been part of muay thai and BJJ gyms prior to this one, and don't mind the violence of the sport. However, this was not even a learning environment in the slightest.
