Grand Central medical centre is one of the most impressive medical centres I have ever been too. And that’s a huge statement. From the time I rang and spoke to Corina to make the appointment as a new patient to seeing Dr Grace I was so glad that I rang to book into this practice. Total scam artists. I had a blood test to see if I needed to be vaccinated against Hep B. Instead of telling me my results they spammed me with texts telling me I had to go in to see the doctor. I get a call today from one of the reception staff or nurses who said I have to see the doctor within 24 hours because I had "abnormal test results". I said I was busy and couldn't I receive the results via letter or phone call instead? And I was told no, the doctor had written down that I had to come in to discuss the results within... read more
