Karla and Marshall made our move incredibly smooth and stress-free! They went above and beyond to help my husband and me transition into our new home. We’re loving all the amenities at Grand Central at the Junction everything is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully managed. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Hello. I have renewed my lease here at Grand Central apts. for another 13 months. You can't find a better place , run by such kind and decent folks. I'm at home here and intend to stay. Maintenance is superb and timely. Regards to Karla...the very best in St. Louis . Sincerely Bruce Piazza
The very 1st time i arrived Karla and Marshall was the best. Karla made the process very easy which made my move a effortless transition ❤️🙏❤️🙏My apartment is very enjoyable & my dogs are thrilled with accessibility of going outside on the 1st floor ❤️❤️❤️🙏❤️I’m thankful to have mrs Karla❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Do your self a favor and find another place. They allow huge dog breeds. Owners of the animals let them urinate and deficate in front of your patio if you are on the bottom floor. No sound ordinance so if someone with a loud vehicle parks with their exhaust by your window, you get woken up and get on their work schedule whether you like it or not. Every Friday is a Mexican ciesta at the common grill area with music and all that for hours. 20 plus people. Just not a good place to live for the price. If it was 700 a month? Yea... read more
I recently back to Saint Louis from Houston . Grand Central at the Junction was the third place I visited . Karla was every bit of Amazing ! Her smile and personality light up a room ! After viewing the apartment and talking to Karla I was sold !!!
