Love this place, but overheard this lady with 3 tween kids encouraging them to pee in the pool and hot tub. Not nice - if shes joking, not very funny.
Nice place very quiet neighborhood
nice gated condo community in Ponte Vedra Beach, pool, fitness center, club house, Looks to be well maintained, some units have garage. Location is good near to shopping, and services, great school system. I like the heavy oak tree canopy nice shade.
A lot of privacy when I lived on the back/woods side of the complex. Also units are not so close together so that one feels a sense of privacy also. Great neighbors. Had to move due to owner selling my unit. Moved up the road nearby, but miss GCV. Great location on south side of PVB.
