Helpful good people. John is knowledgeable and always nice. I recommend Grand Care all the time.
I don't know how they expect people to be able to pick up their prescriptions when they're only open from 10-6 on weekdays and closed on weekends. I keep getting reminder messages from them to come get my prescriptions, but I literally can't since they're not open before work and are closed by the time I'm home. These are the last scripts I get filled here.
They used to be great! But now they don't even open on weekends, since they closed at 6pm I don't have time to stop after work and they open at 10am so I don't have time to come before work, weekends were my option but they don't open on weekends anymore. The service still great but is never open.
Terrible service since they changed ownership. Not even open weekends. I will be switching pharmacies.
