Grand Car Wash not so Grand... You need a good lube before getting screwed by the Grand Car Wash & Express Lube. I used the Car Wash several times out of convenience even though I felt the prices were too high and service was mediocre, at best. I noticed change missing from my console and the seats were never moved back, but all these things were minor. However, last week the Car Wash damaged the door sill plates on my Cadillac. Clean cars, oil changed, fast. This place is dreamy. I can get my car washed, and oil changed in under a hour. They do a wonderful job. I reccomend this facility, located across the street from San Bernardino County Sherrif's office of Chino Hills & the Community Park. Best of all, if you get bored waiting, it's only a few steps away from Starbucks, Denny's, Fantastic Sam's, and a slew of other businesses to occupy your time.
ANGRY This place scratched the poop out of my brand new 09 lancer and i talked to the manager and he insisted it was not them. I was so angry because the service was terrible also. Water spots everywhere.
Grand Car Wash does grand job It's probably not the cheapest place in town, but I was impressed with the level of service I received. I thought they did a nice job with my car, inside and out. I'll go there again.
Manager Manny is a liar! Don't believe him! Just left the car wash after speaking to the manager named Manny... A couple weeks ago I took my wife's car to get detailed and when I came to pick it up the gas cap was broken! They said they would look at the tape and check if they did the damage. It turns out the cameras caught the blower taking the gas cap right off. ( I know this because he returned the gas cap to me a couple days after). After he spoke to corporate, he told me to get an estimate or invoice so that they can ta... read more
High price, NO (not even low) service!! What a irresponsible company!! I brought my car for wash with its Wednesday Special, and they only vaccumed the interior briefly. While I was not paying attention for a little bit, they immediately drove my car for a wash... They didn't really clean my car, and there were many stinks on the top of my car!! And after I returned home and opened the trunk, and I realized they didn't vaccum it!! I called the company and told them they didn't vaccum the trunk, and they just replied with no ... read more
