Horrible Experience – I took my car in for a car wash on a Sunday. They damaged my car, which was only four months old. They told me I would have to come back Monday betwen the hours of 9am and 4pm, and didn't care that I have to work for a living. I left work early the following day to talk to Roman, the Manager/Owner, who told me it was not their fault, and that they would not repair my car. Awful customer service, very upsetting experience. The departing quote from Roman was that I could "take a hike".
