Bought a new trailer. Brakes were not even wired up. I had to spend time before my trip figuring out how to wire them up. Brakes still don't work and the trailer disconnects constantly from my car. Company has been very difficult to get ahold of and has not been good to work with. Nobody seems to care about quality of work or customer experience. Don't buy here.
Showed up. Staff was friendly. Talked with someone online and we agreed on a price prior to showing up. Filled out the paperwork and paid for the trailers. When we were about to take possession of the trailers, the staff member came out and informed us that according to Will (manager) the previous staff member agreed on 2 different trailers for that price and the price would be substantially more money. Left with no trailers as we verified numerous times on the size and types of trailers we wanted. Terrible way of doing busi... read more
