Bad service, poor craftsmanship, horrible management .
Spoke to Eric about building a utility trailer and he was very helpful and awesome to deal with. They built the trailer pretty quick and we agreed on a few things to be done to the trailer. I told him I would be driving 4 hours to pick it up to please quality control the trailer prior. I know he was dealing with family issues and appts during this time so i want to be sympathitic and understanding on his behalf. I bought a used trailer from a private party in Alaska where I currently reside. Upon the purchase the vin and tire labels were very worn. I contacted the dealer and they were instantly very helpful in getting me a new set of labels shipped. The first usps never arrived, I offered to pay for tracking on a new set. They took care of it for me. Very happy and impressed with the customer service. Quick to respond. The trailer itself is great too.
Stay away better off getting a PJ or lamar All markers lights have stopped working And won’t stay in place I’ve only owned it for 3 months
