During 5 hours roundtrip, for much of it I had to listen to children screaming, whining, arguing, and making ugly noises to pass the time. That was in First Class. If you’re going to offer a First Class service, you need to provide what First Class passengers want, which is NOT 5 hours of listening to brats. In case you’re not aware, this train goes TO the Grand Canyon but the journey does not in any way SHOW you the Grand Canyon. Most of what you see is desert brush and stands of Ponderosa pine.
