The trip takes you straight into the park and takes excellent care of you, providing entertainment, snacks, and water for your trip. While you only have 3 hours in the village area, it plenty enough to explore the village and take in the amazing sights. We had a wonderful time with Will joking, giving us drinks, and pulling our legs more than once.
The Train Ride and staff on the train were great. However, we had booked the Grand Tour of the Grand Canyon also through the Grand Canyon Railway. To say we were disappointed with this part of the tour would be an understatement. The train was 15 minutes late and when we got on the bus for our tour our Driver Scott was a little put out. Although he did give us a little information about the Grand Canyon, we got more of a lecture on why we should not be late for the bus. Fantastic train ride out and back to the Grand Canyon, I can highly recommend the Grand Canyon Railroad, the ride through the country side was so relaxing, plenty of time to enjoy Canyon views and do a little shopping at the village.
We had an amazing time on the train. Our PSA Nick, was Awsome and so funny. Highly recommend a ride.
