As experienced riders and Harley owners, we were very disappointed with the service we received at Grand Canyon Harley-Davidson. While visiting Arizona, we stopped by because our rental bike needed air in the tires. Despite there being three staff members in the service bay and only one actively working, we were told they were “too busy” to help us and advised to go to a gas station instead. I was doing a trip from PNW taking southern route to FL hoping to get my 10k service done in grand canyon Harley-Davidson. But when I got there on a Friday morning I was told they couldn't see me untill the following tues I explained I'm traveling and on my way to TX then Fl I couldn't stay in area for 4 days and spend extra money on hotels and add extra days to my trip.
