Worst dealership in AZ!! Went to get parts and the mechanic was the only one show up that day. He was trying to fix bikes, sell parts and help customers with t shirts. Went back another day, had to go search for someone to help with parts. Everyone was in the mechanics area chatting. Then today I needed a part, stopped in and there was nobody up front, some dude in a office staring at his phone, and sign on the parts counter saying " the parts and service department was closed for the day"! This was an odd visit. I had ridden in from Kanab, UT. I was looking for some poker chips, some swag, and maybe get a key fob reprogrammed and possibly a water pump. In the last 5 years I’ve been to maybe 50 stores. I wasn’t looking for red carpet treatment, but I felt like we were inconveniencing the staff and our business wasn’t important.

My grandson and I stopped in to buy a t-shirt while we were in town. We met an employee by the name of Knucklehead Mike. We had the most amazing conversation with him about motorcycles. I felt that we knew each other for years. This place is what a dealership is supposed to be like. It really brought back some found memories of my younger days.
