First time coming to Grand Canal Salon. My hubby actually met Ortega while at work and gave him her business card. We brought in our 12 year old son today for a cut. I explained to her how he wanted it and got exactly that. She did an amazing job! Our son is happy with his haircut so we will definitely be back. Very friendly, welcoming and clean salon.
Would love to come back but fir some reason the phone is never answered. Even if I did leave a voicemail with my info or even on Facebook, you guys never reply or call back.
