I came here to buy a Robux gift card and they said a extra fee and I said why is there a extra fee they nodded their head, I got 20$ Robux gift card I only got 1453!! Never coming back again to get anything here, no policy that said there was a extra fee and I’ve came here before they did this and I’ve never seen anything fee on gift cards

I stopped by this store a few days ago to buy a gift card as a gift, and I was surprised when the owner told me there would be an extra “charging” fee added on top of the card’s value. I’ve never been asked to pay a separate fee for a gift card before, so it immediately felt off.
