I bought some flank steaks. Some of the best steak I have ever had!
I stopped in for some lean ground beef. I expected a butcher to have lean beef on hand but they only had 80/20 which I can get in a store. I understand now that I’d have to pre-order it. I paid a premium for something i could have purchased at less cost. It was not what I expected.
Always very helpful. They go out of their way to find special meat cuts. Prices aren't bad either.

Local, family run. No nitrate jerkey, nice looking deli and meats. They sell beer, cider, chips, candy! In strip mall near Snap Fitness. Close to Gordon Food Service. Ample parking in lot. Check them out!
