The care and love my father received at Grandbrook was utterly amazing! The facility itself is beautiful and homey and the staff are the most caring and fun group around. They love on each patient as if it was their own family member and when my father passed they were so supportive in every aspect. I would highly recommend Grandbrook to any family needing care!
We tried two other places before finding this wonderful place. They are kind, considerate and truly care about their residents. The interaction and staff made a substantial difference in mom’s happiness. We are blessed to have found Grand Brook. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
Jeanine and her staff are miracle workers. Our Mom was non verbal when she moved to Grand Brook within a week she was smiling and talking. Wish we would have found Grand Brook sooner.
My mom was at another highly-regarded memory care center for 2.5 years prior to her transfer to Grand Brook. My dad and I thought that things were *ok* at the other place, but the difference in my mom since the move to Grand Brook Twin Creeks has been HUGE.
