My mom is a new resident at Grand Brook in Allen. Director Jeanine was a huge help in facilitating my mom’s move and had everything ready to go upon her arrival. I have been especially moved by the one-on-one care my mom has received from Alina during the day and Amina at night. Working with elderly residents requires a special touch and both of these women have treated my mom with great care and respect.
The atmosphere here is amazing. We have served in many memory cares of our 20+ years in DFW and you can tangibly see and feel the difference here. From the ownership to the caregivers, they truly care about each resident. They are always engaging the residents and making them feel at home. Thank you for all your do to serve our community!
My experience as a student volunteer provided invaluable insights. I entered with preconceived notions, thinking the facility was a standard nursing home. The care and love my father received at Grandbrook was utterly amazing! The facility itself is beautiful and homey and the staff are the most caring and fun group around. They love on each patient as if it was their own family member and when my father passed they were so supportive in every aspect. I would highly recommend Grandbrook to any family needing care!
We tried two other places before finding this wonderful place. They are kind, considerate and truly care about their residents. The interaction and staff made a substantial difference in mom’s happiness. We are blessed to have found Grand Brook. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
