RecommendedI’ve always had very good experiences at GB Veterinary Hospital. The staff is courteous and I find their rates to be reasonable. I have had appointments during this most challenging of years. I appreciate the staff coming out and getting my pet and having the health of the clients and the staff as a high priority. Running a business is a challenge in the best of times and I think the owners and staff have navigated this extremely trying time very well. I would certainly recommend GB veterinary hospital.
I am BEYOND disappointed in this place! What kind of a vet doesn’t understand that our animals are a part of our FAMILY!! Would you want to let your animal be sent to their resting place AND DO IT AS A CURBSIDE APPOINTMENT?! Shame on this facility. You can do so much with COVID still here but obviously not be with a family member during a time of need. Shame on them.
I want to thank Grand blanc vet hospital for their kindness for a very difficult time of having to put my dog to sleep. I really appreciate the paw print with his name on it. Also it was easier sitting in parking lot than having to be inside. I know he is better off and not suffering. Thanks again for making a bad experience so much easier.
I have been taking my animals here since the old days of Dr Conquest. I have had nothing but professional treatment and I would trust my dogs to them any day. 5 star rating and if I could I give them 10
HORRIBLE..that is the best I can describe this office....I have been a customer for over 30 years and yesterday my 14 year old lab was dying. THEY WOULD NOT LET OUR FAMILY IN THE OFFICE TO PUT THIS DOG DOWN...every vet in this area makes an exception and allows the family to be with their pet...(AS IT SHOULD BE)...NOT this one...Even the vet that we ended up taking her to said it is SHAMEFUL.....Shame on YOU!!!!! you can go to the grocery store, you can get a haircut, you can get a manicure, etc, etc, but NOT be with your be... read more
Excellent service and animal care! They went above and beyond to make me and my pet feel cared for!!! Seeing a new vet during a pandemic was a slight source of stress, but the process was very easy with their updated curbside drop offs and phone check-ins 🤗🙏🏼🐾
Has really went down after new owner ship. they don't care for the animals they are dealing with, they just want the check. They have fired several people due to covid even though test came back negative. The turn over rate has increased dramatically. And the drs are rude and short with everything
Picking up vital meds during covid19 was safe and no contact. All businesses should run as well as this one! Thanks for being there GBVH ❤️
The staff at Grand Blanc Vet Hospital is awesome!! My whole family takes their pets there and we’ve always been very happy with the care they received. Even their office staff is great, especially Brecken who always takes extra good care of us when we come in!
