I can’t even believe the level of incompetence I experienced my first time attempting to fill a script at this pharmacy. People’s medication can be life or death and I would not put my trust in this operation. Not only was the lady with the nose ring rude and unprofessional to my daughter, no one there knew what they were doing. They required me to prepay for medication that was going to take over a week to come in, then accused me of already picking up my medication, then changed their story to the script was written for me... read more
I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a couple years now and have not had a better experience anywhere else! The staff and the pharmacist are unbelievably helpful and very dedicated! Special shout out to Korrin for always having an amazing attitude every time I come. Thank you guys!
Went through the drive through after a visit to the ER for a back injury. I was in excruciating pain so the drive through option was my best bet, I got home and realized I didn't get all my prescription. Called them back the girl let me know they were closing in 7 mins and she was sorry for the miscommunication, I got very emotional cause I was like "wait I need these tonight I'm in excruciating pain" so my husband rushed out the door to try to get there on time. The woman on the phone was really rude and acting like she is a doctor when she’s just a tech. Don’t forget you can’t practice outside your scope of expertise. She simply could’ve said the med we needed wasn’t in stock and left it at that but she wanted to be condescending and pretend to know our situation better than us? It was weird and unnecessary
