I had been a client of the gym and the personal trainer for 3.5 years. Recently I received an email stating she no longer wanted to train me and a few days later without any warning my membership was cancelled. I attempted many times to have a sit down to understand but neither the owners or trainer replied. I paid $400 for 10 sessions, received 4 and then cancelled. I still haven’t received a refund or explanation.
Great local spot that has everything you need in a gym!
I got a weekend pass while on a mini vacation in Grand Bend and it’s a great gym. Lots of machines, free weights, and different rooms for all workout types. The staff are also super friendly. .
