This clinic was overall unhelpful. They were unwilling to communicate with my daughter’s medical team in London when there were issues with sample delivery due to weather. The receptionist said “not my fault I’m unwilling to help” I’m really disappointed in the lack of care, empathy and compassion provided and from now on will make the trek to Goderich just to avoid the entitlement and lack of class at this clinic.
I lost my ADHD medication out of my pocket doing manual labor at work, after much time on this medication and never having lost any medication before in my life I called for some replacement medication to find out my physician was on holidays and the doctor there declined my request for more medication. I have been a registered patient here for around 20 years, have never given any indication of drug seeking behavior, and always take my medications as prescribed. why can you not give blood tests on a walk in basis. we live here and have to go to London or Sarnia. why have this medical centre? if everyone cannot go in as needed? some do not have the luxury of cars PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PROTOCOLS. totally unacceptable
