This is a mixed bag for me. These are pretty nice townhomes/condos, SOME of them have amazing views of the river. However the inner buildings have virtually no views, there is very limited (and tight) parking and although they will have a pool and have a nice walkway and gazebo at the river, just don't think I'd want to live here. All of the units do seem to have a one car garage. You're literally next door to a park, but down River Road, there really isn't anything in walking distance at all.
