First Appointment (August) 12:30, they cut my husbands hair at 1:45. SUPER LATE! Second appointment (Sept) 11:30am, they start 12. Third appointment (Sept 19) 11:45am .. is now 12:56 and still not ready to start. DUUUDE!! What the hell!! You need to be responsible for your business, not only you have between 15-20 barber shops around, you need to be reliable and consistent. I don't care if you took 2 hours to cut the hair, is Not the same to waste 2hrs sitting wasting people's time.
Excellent service and an excellent team; they make you feel right at home and are very respectful and professional. I highly recommend my barber, Manny—it's an excellent barbershop.
